The FA Youth Cup gives clubs like Manchester United the perfect chance for their youngsters to experience a real cut-throat, knock-out tournament environment.
And in front of a watching Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on Wednesday night, the Red Devils overcame rivals Leeds United 1-0 at Old Trafford, to reach the sixth round of the competition.

Whilst it was a header from Dillon Hoogewerf that proved to be the decisive, match-winning strike, many fans of the Manchester side took to Twitter to voice their thoughts on one starlet in particular: Hannibal Mejbri.
One supporter in particular suggested Mejbri could be the long-term successor to Paul Pogba, with the France World Cup winner reportedly telling teammates he still wants to leave the club.
Another fan meanwhile, even insisted that Mejbri is ready for the first-team already, despite him only turning 17 last month.
Whilst Solskjaer, just like these United fans, may have left Old Trafford feeling particularly excited about the kind of talent coming through the academy, he knows there should still be a huge sense of caution over their futures.
The Red Devils have had an inconsistent season at first-team level, with wins over the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea, being punctured by defeats to the likes of Burnley and Crystal Palace. If they can get back to their best form as soon as possible, then players like Mejbri will have an easier path to shine.
